Hope For Glucose connects low-income individuals living with diabetes in Southern Nevada to free insulin, continuous glucose monitors, and essential diabetes supplies. We navigate the complex manufacturer assistance process on behalf of uninsured and underinsured patients as well as provide supplies, so that cost never stands between a person and the supplies they need to survive
